Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy
Effective date: August 22, 2026 This policy explains how copyright and other intellectual-property rights apply to the WhatsHub website, software platform, documentation, brand assets, and content submitted by users. 1. WhatsHub Materials Unless stated otherwise, the WhatsHub software, interface design, original text, graphics, documentation, logos, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to WhatsHub. Access to the service gives you a limited right to use these materials for your authorised business use; it does not transfer ownership. 2. Permitted and Prohibited Use You may use the platform and documentation as allowed by your subscription and the Terms of Service. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove ownership notices from, or create unauthorised derivative versions of protected WhatsHub materials. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits it. 3. Your Content You retain ownership of content that you lawfully submit to WhatsHub, including templates, knowledge-base text, media, and customer data. You grant WhatsHub only the rights reasonably required to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use submitted content. 4. Third-Party Rights WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and other third-party names, logos, APIs, and materials belong to their respective owners. References to them describe interoperability and do not imply ownership or endorsement. 5. Reporting Copyright Infringement If you believe content available through WhatsHub infringes your copyright, email info@whatshub.live with: your name and contact details; identification of the protected work; the exact URL or workspace reference; a description of the allegedly infringing material; a good-faith statement; and evidence that you are the owner or authorised representative. 6. Review and Action We may request additional information, restrict access to disputed material while reviewing a complete notice, notify the affected account holder, and remove or restore material as appropriate under applicable law. Repeated or deliberate infringement may lead to account restriction or termination. 7. Counter-Notice and Questions An affected user may reply with evidence of ownership, permission, licence, or another lawful basis for use.
