We route all session tokens securely and do not store or read individual message contents beyond what is necessary to display them in your collaborative shared inbox. 2. Information We Collect - Account registration details (name, email, password hashes, and billing details). - Session authentication logs to maintain official Meta Cloud API connections. - Contact directories uploaded by users (synced contacts are encrypted in transit and at rest). 3. Website Enquiries and Optional Advertising Measurement When you submit our website resource enquiry form, we store the contact details and resource you provide to respond to your request. Submitting this form does not opt you into automated WhatsApp messages. Our public marketing website uses Google Ads measurement only after you choose Allow measurement. This may share advertising click identifiers, a public page address, technical browser/network information, and an opaque identifier for a successfully saved enquiry with Google. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, CRM records or message content to this advertising tag. Enhanced conversions and personalised advertising are not enabled by this implementation.
