Count capacity separately
Check connected QR slots, official Meta numbers, team seats, contacts, campaigns and recipient-send budgets. A daily software message allowance does not override the other limits.
Separate software from messaging costs
A WhatsHub subscription is not a bundle of every provider message charge. For Meta sending, confirm the applicable market and message category, and agree any setup work separately.

Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?

Which plan should I choose for Google Sheets, CRM leads or Meta API?
Basic enables Google Sheets and scheduled messages with QR sending. Professional adds the leads pipeline and smart links. Official Meta Cloud API access and AI features start on Growth. Confirm the exact sender, team and usage limits for your workspace before subscribing.
Does unlimited daily messaging mean unlimited campaign recipients?
No. Campaign counts, recipients per campaign and monthly recipient-send budgets are separate limits. Standard Basic capacity is 5 campaigns per month with up to 500 recipients each; Professional is 15 with up to 2,000 each. Provider restrictions, opt-outs and account-specific limits still apply.
Does adding wallet funds renew a subscription?
No. Adding funds only credits the prepaid wallet. Use the renewal checkout to review and confirm a wallet payment, or pay separately with Razorpay. Optional wallet auto-renew is off until the workspace owner enables it; it does not automatically top up the wallet or charge a card or UPI account.
